First off, this was probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in—and I’ve been to 37 countries. I splurged a little—usually it’s just a place to sleep—and this place was worth it. The front desk people were the friendliest people in Krakow. The room itself was huge; highlights were the amazing shower and the bedding. One morning I had tours planned and I woke up at 10:47am bc I didn’t want to leave that bed. Location: perfect.

The location of this property is fantastic as it is in the Old Town so close to all touristy things. The breakfast in the mornings was great. Very clean and comfortable.

The property is a lovely hotel within walking distance to the square and train station. The staff are very friendly and are happy to provide suggestions and recommendations. The rooms are spacious and clean.

In the old town so it’s close to all the action but on the edge so it’s quiet. Adults only hotel, no kids. Nice, large rooms, friendly staff, excellent stay!

An excellent adults-only hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly & helpful, quick to sort out any problems & very interested in the guests, with lots of helpful suggestions for visits, food etc. It is very well located next to the park & 5 mins walk away from the main square. Around 15 mins walk from the railway station. Our room was very comfortable & well decorated, extremely clean, no sounds from other rooms, thick secured curtains stopped any light from outside. Breakfast excellent & very well presented with a choice of cooked food plus plates of fruit, meats & salad presented on a tiered stand, plus the usual cereals, yoghurt etc. We loved the art deco theme throughout the hotel. Overall highly recommended
