Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast.

Nice easy location. Friendly staff. English speaking staff and helped us get a cheaper taxi to get back to the airport. Helped us carry luggage upstairs aswel as we was the top floor. Free filling turkish breakfast, kettle in room

The staff were beyond wonderful. Everyone was very helpful, we will be returning due to the staff service alone.

The location is good and stuff is amazing. I strongly recommend it to everybody.

Staff very friendly and hotel area very nice

It was a short overnight stay and the employees were kind and respectful. Clean room, quite area and in close proximity to historic sites of the european side of Istanbul. Great deal!

Staff were friendly and helpful, room cleaning needs improvement and breakfast needs improvement too.

It was amazing experience to stay at this hotel. It was so cosy.

The area where the hotel is very bad and didn't like it at all

We had fantastic stay in Nagehan hotel. The hotel owner Hamzeh and all other staff such as Bayram and Ali made our stay very good and comfort. They helped us in many things and provided extra things that normal hotels don't offer. We were offered a free pudding when we arrived. Rooms were cleaned well everyday and supplied with enough towels, toiletries, coffee and tea. The breakfast was various and tastes very good. The man responsible for staff was very good and always making sure to fill any empty dishes. It doesn't matter if you come late for breakfast because you will find the dishes full always. The breakfast area is bright and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in this hotel in the future.
