The rooms are in quiet apartment building on a peaceful residential street. You do need to climb just one flight of stairs. You can step out of the room without a sea tourists around you, but you’re a short 5 minutes walk to the Golden Gate entrance to the historic district. Note: Google map takes you the long way around. When leaving building, turn right (down hill) and then turn right again and then head toward the park where golden Gate is located. The room was super clean, the bathroom was new, water pressure excellent, and the bed was comfy. I recommend this place without conditions.

It was a nice room, with air-conditioning and an easy place to get to around the port. The only employee I ever saw was the maid which was not a problem. With any questions I had I received an immediate response.

Clean rooms!! Do not plan on parking a car if you are staying here. We ended up returning our rental car because of the parking situation. However, you don’t really need a car while staying in Split. My only disappointment with this property was the “balcony”. The view was of a run-down alleyway; Not somewhere I would sit and relax. However, the location’s proximity to Diocletian’s Palace outweighs the terrible view.

Great stay. Close to the city center. Very quite. Dino is very responsive. There was an issue with the bathroom that was resolved quickly by Dino. The photos on Expedia are very nice. They make the room look more luxurious than it is. Still nice though.

Apartment was in an excellent location. Air conditioning and blackout shutters were great. Photos were a little misleading as the room and balcony were smaller than expected. Would have been great to have a more secure way to store luggage after checkout, as well as having coffee and tea provided in the room.

A great place for two to discover Split! Our stay was lovely with a little balcony for two and walkable to downtown and surrounding beaches and ferry’s to surrounding islands. Using Uber was easy and very convenient from the airport to Fetivi. There is no check in area and is done all online with the owners. Thank you for a lovely stay!
