Wonderful property if you need some extra space to relax and don’t mind being outside of Tokyo, there were a few parts of the property where the amenities or fixtures could use repair or updating, but otherwise it was very clean and easy to access and there are multiple train stations nearby. Would definitely stay here again on future trips!

Laundry was nice. Subway nearby. Lightning was poor, could use brighter lightning. Spacious. Surprisingly had view of Tokyo sky tree at night from our room.

Good big apartment, good location, short walk from station. 7 eleven downstairs.
Hot water was problematic to get working and very noisy when running.

The location in itself was well placed and close to a subway line. However, the biggest issue with the apartment was hygiene. The mats, pillows, and blankets that were provided for the tatami room were soiled with various body fluids that were most likely urine and blood. No pillowcases or sheets were provided to be able to avoid direct contact.
In the room that I personally stayed in, the only available power outlet that was appropriate for my needs at bedtime (CPAP machine) was recessed into the wall, making it extremely difficult to be able to plug in my machine.
The glass around the patio door and window from the tatami room had large cracks in them and given that we had small children with us, this poses additional inherent danger as accidentally running into the glass may fully shatter the glass.

There are definitely some things that are clearly signs of wear and tear but I attribute that mostly to the guests more than the host themselves. Besides that, the staff was curtious and polite to my family which is the most important thing to me. The property has plenty of walk ability to food and access to 7 eleven right across the street. I would like to see them upgrade to a washer/dryer single unit but the washer was handy for our long stay. I would definitely stay here again. My rating is based on what I paid in contrast to what was received.

The apartment had minor asethical damage & the unit lacks a dryer. However! The location & convenience cannot be overstated. Of the 3 places i stayed in tokyo over the 2 weeks. It was unequivocally the best. 5 minute walk to a station, quiet location which feels like you're in the heart of the city & much easier to navigate to & around then anywhere else I stayed. Loved it & missed it at every other hotel i stayed

The pictures on expedia didn't match the property I rented. The walls are stained, one room without doors, out dated furniture & stained, not enough dishes for 9 people. It was very central area, safe but is near a hospital so expect to hear ambulances. I’m sure with some paint and new furniture they can get 10 out 10. And they should post the proper pictures, so people don’t feel decieved.
