Absolutely excellent location, very nice and clean property, very helpful customer service staff. I was able to check in early even though I notified the property just the day of arrival. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.

We stayed at 8 different hotels over the course of our recently completed trip and this was the worst of the lot. Really, it was the only one that was genuinely disappointing. Maybe we just had bad luck, but I wouldn't recommend it. From the positives - the room was gorgeous. The location was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the old town area, so everything was very walkable. The issues, though - the hotel is a hike from the train station, and my smartphone's walking directions were less than ideal. So, it took us a while walking cobblestone streets pulling our carry ons to reach the hotel. Maybe that's on me for not better deciphering the local transportation options, but it was a pleasant day for a walk.In all, it probably took us 30 minutes to reach the hotel. Once we arrived, we found out that you need a key code to check-in to the hotel. And that the hotel is unstaffed. Yes, I did get a message saying I needed to check-in 24 hours in advance, but it didn't say that the hotel is unstaffed. (And EVERY hotel on the trip told me to check-in early, but it didn't matter for any of the others. I prefer to check-in when I reach the hotel.) So, this meant that I had to frantically send a series of e-mails back and forth and fill out on-line forms without wifi before I could check-in. Worse yet, the power went out at midnight and was not restored until I had checked out.

The property was centralize to the Charles Bridge and the main square, The hotel was well maintain and clean, The only problem we had was the elevator went out with us in it and I had to pull the door open and we had to step down about 10 inches to the ground floor, We check out the next day and we had to carry down two large luggages down three stories and the stair case spiral down so it was not an easy task, Other then that we had a nice time.

It was clean and the location was phenomenal. But, the room smelled of smoke even with the huge no smoking sign on the door. We had such tiny towels and it was humid so the 2 tiny towels were still soaked the morning when time to shower, a couple more towels would have been nice but we never saw another person. We had the power go out for 8 hours and when my husband went to look at the neighborhood, he found the door didn’t work well without electricity which would have been a problem In an emergency.

Room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic in a few minutes walk to everything that we wanted to see. Would definitely stay there again. Do you know that you’re in a very popular true area so it can be a tiny bit loud in the evening when the bars are open so if noise bothers you. Great great place.!!!

The location is excellent, right in the center of old Prague, but at night it was very loud from drunk people till the wee hours of the morning. But the location is so close to everything. The room was spacious and clean but the refrigerator was broken, the door didn’t close so we couldn’t have cold drinks. Overall I would recommend this place, just put in ear plugs or headphones to block the sound of the boisterous people. It was funny until it went passed 3.
