Service from staff was generally pretty good. Just the one off person at reception who seemed disinterested. Had an issue with WiFi and needed to chase a few times to resolve. Managers are good when a request is raised with them. The rooms look tired and need upgrading including bed linen and bathroom furniture. Overall I did enjoy my stay as the service and environment is good. Thanks to Mr. Prashanta for making my stay at Ramada enjoyable.

The first room i was had such a terrible smell, i had to request to change it. The bedsheets are old, often stained and made me question whether they were even properly washed. Breakfast was good.
