I stayed at the property and was the only guest there. Was constantly asked whether I would eat so the kitchen could close. The staff lacked training and guidance. The structure of the hotel is beautiful and there are very lovely parts, but the decor in the older part needs to be updated, and the grounds seemed to be past their prime.

My husband and I had a wonderful time relaxing in the resort. It was quite tranquil and just what we needed as an escape from the everyday. Beautiful rooms with incredibly attentive staff who go out of their way to accommodate your request. The general manager, Kevin was wonderful and checked in on us regularly making us feel right at home, a beautiful place to celebrate my birthday.

Ksar Char-Bagh is truly an other-worldly experience. If you want to feel like a sultan in an eye-popping palace, feel totally relaxed and properly looked after, with excellent food and impeccable service, this place should be at the top of your list.

Absolutely beautiful Riad. 10 minutes from the middle of Marrakech but feels like you are alone in the countryside. The staff was beyond accommodating and helpful. The General Manager made it a point to give us his personal attention, Beautiful, relaxing, quiet property with areas to walk around. The rooms were each uniquely appointed and huge. Truly a place to come back to.
