one of my favorite hotels great staff - efficient and hard working good food and cosy atmosphere has everything we needed can’t miss

Our family of 7 loved this hotel. The buffet was amazing. The staff were super helpful.

The hotel was a great location and within walking distance of Legoland and Lalandia. Lego House is also walkable through the beautiful sculpture park. Parking is free for guests, which was really useful. The breakfasts were great and really well attended and replenished. The buffet in the evening was good but there was a few flies around which were landing on the food which wasn't ideal - a couple of covers for the food would have been nice. The room was good albeit basic, and it would have been nice to have air con during this hot weather! Otherwise, great stay, great staff and and great location!

Very family-friendly hotel. Good and free parking. Good customer service. No fridge in the room. Bad ventilation. Door to bathroom sags and was hard to close and open. The room doesn't seem to be well maintained.

The hotel is not far from the airport and very close to Legoland. My room was very spacious and clean and had all the usual amenities like a kettle, iron and ironing board etc. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a varied selection of cereals, bread, coffee, juices etc. It has very limited vegetarian options.

Hotel was extremely hot and uncomfortable No ac and fans were not working

No cleaning without asking

Clean room, friendly staff. Only downside was they did not have AC, but did have a fan, which helped. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely hotel!

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, excellent staff. Restaurant is nice. Quiet and cozy
