The elevator very slow. Area is very easy to go around in HK. Subway is few steps away exit HK U B2 from airport or Bus A10 I like the bus much easier with luggage.

Because the Jen is undergoing renovation the whole experience was very much less than we had experienced in previous visits. No pool, no club rooms, no club lounge. Interaction with staff very limited in comparison with previous years

There were renovations in progress close to our room, causing it to be very noisy. On our arrival, we found it way too noisy. We were moved to a more quiet side of the hotel. Staff very accommodating without an6 hassles.

The room is too cold even after I turned off the AC. My skin got itchy after I spent several hours in the room. Not sure if it's because the air is too dry or because there are bugs in the room as the room is old. I have never had this itchy experience in other hotels, so this is a red flag for me. Location is great, just next to the exit of MTR.

A Termék ökológiai felelősségtudatát szabályozó rendelet 1. fázisával összhangban 2024. április 22-től a hongkongi szállodák nem kínálnak többé ingyenes, műanyag alapú piperecikkeket, amelyek a rendeletben szerepelnek.
