Overall this hotel was okay. The experience was a bit frustrating. First, we are a family of five: two adults, a 16yo, 13yo, and 9yo. I booked a room for “3 or 4 people” while listing my five people. This went through, but upon confirmation I discovered that the expectation was that the 9yo and 13yo were to share a bed with an adult. I get that this is common and don’t have a problem with it, but it’s important to know. We added a room, so it was fine.
The airport shuttle only runs from hotel to airport in the morning, and airport to hotel in the evening. Neither our arrival from another airport nor our departure fell into this times, so the shuttle was of no use to us.
Finally, the breakfast was the worst we’ve had in nearly two weeks in Japan. It’s a set western or Japanese breakfast, but the western one did not have very much or very good food. Again, this is compared to three other hotel breakfasts.
So overall, the hotel was fine. Location was decent but shuttle was not useful for us and the train was a decent walk (with luggage) away.

It’s an excellent option if traveling through Haneda airport. Free shuttle bus (the hotel sends you the schedule). Not too many food options nearby but there is a Family Mart a few minutes away.
The breakfast was also delicious and available from 5:00am.

Very close to Haneda airport with a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. There's a nice free breakfast too.

Room and hotel were very clean, free breakfast was great (American or Japanese option), and hotel shuttle to and from Haneda airport was very convenient. Toiletries available in the lobby and in the room.

It is a very good hotel, but the description on their Web site may be misleading. There is a shuttle to the airport, but not from the airport. Being close to Haneda, the taxi fare is only around $15. It does not have a restaurant, only a self service area to warm up food from a vending machine. In addition, a small breakfast area is open for breakfast, which is free (not clear from their Web site). The rooms are excellent and very small, usual for Japan. All room amenities are to be picked up in the lobby. Checkin is done by machine, very efficient. I would stay there again, now that I understand the way it works

We booked this hotel for a quick afternoon layover before a midnight flight from Haneda, thinking the $105 price and "free shuttle" made it a perfect choice. Unfortunately, the logistics were a headache.
When we arrived at noon and inquired about a pickup, the response was slow, only to eventually find out the shuttle service is incredibly limited—it only runs from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This was never made clear, and it meant the service was useless for our 10:00 PM departure, forcing us to spend an extra $30 on Ubers. To add to the frustration, the hotel was completely inflexible with check-in; even though we arrived at 2:00 PM, we were made to wait until exactly 3:00 PM with no effort to see if a room was ready early. Communication was also a bit of a struggle as English was limited.
On a positive note, the hotel itself was very good—modern, clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly despite the language barrier. However, once you add the $30 in transport costs to the room rate, I am certain I could have found a more convenient hotel closer to the terminal. Avoid if you are counting on that shuttle!
