Wadi Bani Khalid és Wahiba sivatag

Omar our guide was very pleasant and accommodating . He did not rush and the place he took us for lunch was very nice. Insyallah if I ever come back to Oman I will definitely have Omar as my guide .

It was an amazing experience. Our guide, Talal, showed us truly wonderful hospitality. The desert sunset was absolutely beautiful. The next time I visit Oman, I would definitely love to have him as our guide again.

Had a pleasant experience with our guide, Muadh! He was an excellent driver so the journey to our different locations were smooth and comfortable. He was also very accommodating to some requests made by the other participants. I'm taking away some points though for the location itself, Wadi Bani Khalid, because it fell short of my expectations. The area near the entrance of the wadi was marred by constructions sites and noises. Totally not what I expect when visiting a natural site. But its not that unsightly so if you can get past that, it's a beautiful location!

1. Wahiba Desert doesn’t offer much to see. You can ride camels in Dubai or Jordan instead. The sand dunes here are not particularly impressive. If you want to stay in the desert, consider camping overnight. Wadi Bani Khalid, on the other hand, is beautiful. I think it’s the most worthwhile destination in Oman. 2. Tour guides usually don’t provide too much information. Overall, their service is acceptable, but nothing exceptional.

i had a great time on the tour. It was a very scenic road journey, seeing the mountains along the way, and beautiful sunset on the return journey. Enjoyed my time in the wadi and dune bashing in Wahiba desert. Special thanks to Ahamed, he took great care of me, it was fun and very enriching experience.

여행 전날 여행사에서 WhatsApp 으로 안내 문자가 옵니다. 아침 8시에 사륜구동 차가 픽업을 호텔로 오고 2시간 40분 가량 차로 이동한 후에 계곡에 도착합니다. 1시간 정도 자유 시간을 주기 때문에 개별적으로 계곡에 올라가서 놀고 다시 내려와야 해요. 놀 수 있는 시간은 상대적으로 짧습니다. 그리고 치킨 브리야니를 점심으로 주고 사막에 가서 베두인족 캠프에서 간단히 커피를 마신 후에 30분 정도 사막에서 시간을 줍니다. 그리고 다시 2시간 40분 가량을 달려 시내로 6시전에 돌아옵니다 왕복 이동 시간이 길기 때문에 각 관광포인트에서 보낼 수 있는 자유 시간은 적어요. 장거리 운전이 부담스러우신 분들께 추천합니다.
