Had an overnight trip from Shimla to Delhi. Driver speak good English and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the pick up time. During the journey, driver was constantly talking on the phone which i do not blame him as it may be necessary to keep him awake and he mostly did it on bluetooth ear piece. Sometimes he tried to send messages through phone and there was a couple of near miss incident. Overall, i still say it is a smooth journey.

pathetic experience……so my Cab was Booked at 6.30 in the morning from Shimla to New Delhi and and the fact of the matter is that it was a fraud. no one turned up to pick up at the Hotel after paying full paymeny of 6000 on Klook website. I felt cheated. when i called local vendor for drivers nunber he started giving excuses that till now no one is located and all. i called hik a day before, i called him 4 hours, 3 hours, 2 hours prior to my journey but pathetic service. i called him 20 times to get confirmation. i was travelling with a 5 year old kid in unknown city and waited for 3 hours on road for him. there is no support from Klook team till date. no customer service number displayed on website or application. They keep changing Managers on chat every 2 hours with no resolution. Never ever will recommend this app and will never use it till the time my query is resolved. I repeat no one picked me up and services were not provided by Klook. Kindly look into this @Klook Team

I had to call the vendor again and again for Driver’s contact details and when i called Driver he was not aware about the exact timings and was almost one hour late. In this case vendor is under fault and not the Driver. Proper communication should be done with customer and contact details to be shared before the journey starts, atleast 8 hours prior to the journey. Driver was very nice with good behaviour.

driver told us he's going to pay us back for the parking fee at the airport as he got no cash, but he didn't. he detour a little bit and pick up his nephew and drop him somewhere else 2-3hours later in the journey. last 2 hours of the journey, he complained and moaned saying he have agony pain in his kidney area and driving with one hand while squezzing through traffic. scary experince. also since the trip was at night, he roll down the window instead of using the aircon (dont know if have aircon or not). but we were glad we reached our destination..

The driver who was supposed to pick me up did not show up, i waited for 20mins and had to call thru the airport's telephone booth to contact the operator/driver he keep on saying he's already at the airport but later on after another call, admitted that he will just send another driver to pick me up. The pick up time was 4:30pm but the driver arrived around 5:30pm with NO name plate or sign that's why it took us another 15 minutes to find each other at the airport arrival hall. If the tourist has no India sim it will be too much trouble, like what happened to me. Other than this, the driver who showed up was kind and patient enough.
