His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he shared so many interesting details along the way. The ride was smooth, the car was spotless, and the whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. We initially arranged a 3-day trip off a cruise ship, but our disembarkation was delayed for 2 days. We ended up canceling the first 2 but kept the 3rd day. Klook was quite reasonable, they refunded us 50% of our first day (notice within 24 hours) and 100% of our 2nd day. However, our driver was unexpectedly changed to another person at the last minute. The car was barely big enough to fit 10 of us with our luggage piled up in the front row, which wasn't quite safe. Nonetheless, our southwest itinerary was quite good, we enjoyed our 1-day trip at Mauritius including picking up at the port and timely dropping off at the airport.
