Went to the ticket office to collect vouchers and was informed the timing changed from 9:30 to 12 pm. KLOOK didn’t inform me about this changes. Not a good service from KLOOK for missing out this IMPORTANT information. It was a big crowd tour but well organised by the 2 tour guides, Didi and can’t remember her name. Because of the time changed, went to Edam town at 5:45 pm and most stores close at 6 pm. Places visited are fantastic but time constrained due to large crowd
Ez a túra annyira kényelmes és megfizethető! Az idegenvezetők nagyon barátságosak és udvariasak. Mivel ez egy csoportos túra, csak korlátozott időnk volt fotózni a környéken, de mindenképpen megéri az árát!
It rained but we still had a great time. We have two great guides - Nico and Mercedes. This is a very good experience for us. The tour is just right and not hurried so we have enough time to listen to the guide and take pictures.
Easy to locate the meeting point at the Central train station. Very interesting tour. Guide friendly. Definitely a place to visit when in amsterdam.

Esmeralda is the best! bring unbrella and water. Take the chance to use the toilet everytime you can.

非常方便，交通行程都安排得很好，可惜人超多，可以說是完全客滿，結果跟小孩得分開坐，比較不方便，但完全不用管交通真的是可以當做初到荷蘭最好的方式
Such a wonderful experience and price worthy. Enjoyed the Tour to the fullest even the weather is not so good ans cold.
