Why 3 star? 1.Pick up was late we waited 20 mins at hotel entrance. 2. Missed Saadian Tombs and Dar El Bacha Museum.3. Mini van didn't turn on air conditioning on the way back to the hotel. It was really hot after walking around for a couple of hours. Tour end at 1 a.m. Most of the time was quick walk thru souks and those shop that selling argan products. It was 16,000 steps by the time we're dropped off at the hotel. The two main attractions gave 10-20 mins for walk and take some pictures. The guide is fluently in English, Spanish, French and Italian. Our group of 10 people total had use this all transaction service. We tip him 100 MAD for this. Paid 150 MAD each for the entrance fee on site that was not including. Couple people went to ATM coz they didn't prepare enough cash. I think, souks we should go our own. There's no time to shop at all. At the square,, there were hundreds of shops we mini marathon passed them and I wish I could stop and shop. Oh well. This is the first time I gave 3 star since I use Klook before Covid-19. Hope our 3 days 2 nights package that booked the day after tomorrow is back to 5 star again. Knock Knock

The activity was great especially the tourist spots that we have explored. The driver was very polite and Akeem, the tour guide, was very professional and knowledgeable about the history and culture of Marrakesh. He was also generous enough to give away his entrance ticket for free to one of the other tourist so that person can enter the secret garden. The only thing we have not done was to eat lunch. I would suggest to make time for lunch even just for 30-45mins as 9am-3pm would still be a long hour tour. Overall, it was highly recommended.

The kind is very energetic. we had a limited time, it says that the tour is until 3pm but we are already finished before 1pm

i think you could save more money if you just go by yourself in a less crowded time. most of the tourist spot we visited are filled with tourists,you wont be able to enjoy it, it's even difficult to take photos

i think we were duped here, we were toured on the market obligated to buy stuff on shops... itenerary wasn't followed, not worth it, how we wish we just do it ourselves!
