碼頭兌票後會得到紙做的手環，黏貼在手上後等待登船，抵達後下船入口位置有人拿攝影機，是園方收費拍照會到最後紀念品店結帳取照片，導覽員馬來語與英文都是同一人，會來問有沒有自己的嚮導，沒有就會每到一個位置輪流解說，園區內的猩猩個性鮮明，十分有趣，可以感受到園方的用心，有餵食區可以帶幾根香蕉去喂，鐵網真的有通電，雖然小電流但碰到還是會ㄆㄧㄚˉ

just finished this excursion and it was amazing!! The orangutans were so much closer than we expected and had so much freedom to roam! our guide was super knowledgeable and very friendly :)

What a fantastic sanctuary doing awesome work for orangutans! Arrive 10 min before, go straight to the jetty and show them the Klook QR code. The sanctuary takes donations so be generous in helping the wonderful orangutans!

Amazing experience with picturesque Boat ride to island. Saw the Orang Utans, and we were behind cages. The keepers entice the Apes with small treats, but they foriage 80% of food on island. Humbling experience and shows the inhumanity we have wrought upon our genetic cousins. Support this so a few individuals who are kept here can support those in the wild.

This is such an amazing initiative to support. We saw so many orangutans in their natural habitat and learned so much from the lovely and knowledgeable guide. Even the boat ride to and from was a treat. I highly recommend this experience for all visitors to Peninsula Malaysia. Let's all do our part and be generous, 100% of all the money goes into this very worthy cause.

Go early. Take some fruit along with you and buy something from the very reasonably priced gift shop. They are doing great conservation work. You won't get as close as in Sarawak, but that's good for the orangutans.

オランウータンが近くでのびのびとしてるところを見られて素晴らしい。日陰はない。暑い。ガイドはない。（マレーシア人に向けて、マレーシアガイドのみ）船のスロットを予約していたのに、次の船にしか乗れないと言われた。10分前厳守でないといけないようです。It was wonderful to see the orangutans up close and living freely. The downside was that there was almost no shade, so it was very hot. No English guide was available. Although we had booked a boat slot, we missed it because we arrived less than 10 minutes before departure and had to wait for the next boat.

Die Einrichtung selbst ist eine gute Sache, weshalb ich hier eigentlich keine schlechte Bewertung abgeben möchte. Aber: Wir hatten eine mehr als 1-stündige An- bzw. Abfahrt von Ipoh. Auf der Insel selbst verbringt man max. 30 Min. - wahrscheinlich eher weniger. Der Gittertunnel durch den man geht ist ca. 100-200 m lang und es gibt weitere Gitter zu den Tieren, so dass man keine Fotos machen kann (durch 2 aufeinander folgende Gitter). Daher waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und einer hat Fotos für uns gemacht, damit wir nicht nur Gitter auf den Bildern haben. Wenn es auf dem Weg liegt - okay. Extra hinfahren würde ich nicht.

Orang utan looks happy. They’re free to roam part of the island. However, the place requires some maintenance especially the cage area. In terms of conservation, they’re doing a really good job. In terms of eco tourism, i believe they can do more although it’s not the priority

highly recommended, a great experience to see orangutan up close and learn about the conservation efforts.
