We were very happy to found this jem in batam. The spa is easily accesible and their enviornment is great. There is also free flow of drinks and snacks for the guest before and after the massage. will definately re-visit when I am back.
Front desk service was professional yet friendly. The therapists were well trained. Had a relaxing experience doing 120mins of foot reflexology and a head, shoulder & back massage. No problems redeeming the Klook voucher.
The massage parlour offered a soothing and calming vibe, allowing customers to fully enjoy the duration of the massage. Highly recommended!

There are 2 outlets nearby . Seeing the wordings spa and massage was expecting a place more better than the normal type of massage palour but it was quite normal and can others snoring
Masseuse took a few breaks during our massage. Pressure was uneven. Sometimes strong sometimes soft. Receptionist was good
The price selling at the shop is cheaper alot. Do not buy at klook! Will never purchase from klook again.
