Latte Art Workshop a Boncafé Singapore-tól

I had a wonderful time learning the basics of operating an espresso machine and creating latte art! I loved every single moment of the experience and I definitely recommend this workshop to anyone looking for a laid back and stress free environment to try your hand at latte art! Although $80 might sound a little pricey for 2hr class, I think it is definitely worth it as you can try as many times as you want to create the latte art during this 2 hrs! There is no shortage of ingredients!👍🏼💯 and the instructors are very friendly!🫶🏻

Had such a wonderful enriching experience learning how to make latte art! Despite arriving 5 mins late, Nat and Caj greeted us with smiles and were extremely welcoming, enthusiastic and patient while teaching us the basics and techniques of pouring heated milk into espressos! The best part of this workshop is that you can just keep trying without having to worry about running out of espresso and milk.😋 Knowing this fact gave me a piece of mind that we (group of 4) won't have to fight over the amount of ingredients each person can use. There are 4 sections to the class. 1. Short introduction to coffee, how to operate the espresso machine and latte art ☕️ 2. Learn and practice the Heart latte art 🤎 3. Learn and practice the Tulip latte art🌷 4. Learn and practice the Rosetta latte art 🌿 Before the class started, Caj made each of us a coffee to our liking and after the class. I had a yummy cappuccino and my sisters had lattes. Nat and Caj were also not stingy about the time spent with us! Instead of ending at 12pm, we ended at 12.30pm and were surprised with MATCHA LATTES🍵!!! We were even given the opportunity to pour in the milk ourselves to test out the skills we just learn (only good students get extra gifts hehe❤️ just kidding!!) After going for this workshop, it made me want to get a espresso machine myself, so that I can continue to master the latte art skills!😫 Despite being located in an industrial area, Boncafé is easily accessible!🤩 Just need to take 285 from Clementi interchange to Pan Tech Ind Cplx bus stop. Boncafé is just a 1 minute walk from this bus stop! if you are driving, they also allow you to park on their compound! Thanks Nat and Caj for gifting us such a memorable and fun experience!!🫶🏻 Definitely recommend this workshop to those who want a chill and fun environment to try out latte art! 💯

My friends and I had a great time learning latte art @boncafesg Sean, our trainer, was extremely good and patient with us. He inspired us all and we went home feeling addicted to this art. I can't wait for them to finish their renovations so we can go again.

Sean was an awesome instructor. I have been making espresso with latte art at home prior to this and I went with a friend who was totally fresh. Sean was able to attend to both with different learning needs and patiently guiding and answering questions. I picked up a few great tips/techniques and been more confident and consistent since the class. I love the experience that is with a much affordable price tag.

This was a great starter workshop and it allowed my husband and I to learn the basics of latte art. We got a greater understanding of the types of milk to use, what temperature to target for steaming etc. Sean, the trainer, was patient and knowledgeable and he was able to guide us into creating our latte art. In the session, we made numerous cups and tried out heart, tulip and rosetta designs. When I oversteamed the milk, he also showed me how to do etching using the foam. Will recommend this to anyone looking to try out latte art.

We were very blessed to have Sean instructor ! He was very encouraging and engaging in the workshop. We had so much fun and get to know the foundation to do latter art. Sean pay attention to our individual problem and helped us to achieve the nice latte art like tulips, rosetta and heart shape. He is very patient in explaining every steps. Sharing with us the knowledge in the type of milk to choose, and also why is it preferred. Strongly and highly recommend Sean ! :)

Caj the instructor was very very patient teaching my husband and I. He make us do the arts several times to achieve the art and techniques holding the milk pitcher on how to do different patters (heart, tulip & rosette).

We had a wonderful time learning. There were printed handouts to bring home. We learned about milk steaming basics, latte art techniques and operating the coffee machine. There were enough ingredients and time to learn heart, tulip and rosetta latte art. We also parked our car inside during the workshop. The instructor, Nat, was friendly and helpful. She also served us mocha with beautiful latte art. Highly recommended 😆

we had a very fruitful experience today with nat and caj :)) they were patient with us as they taught us the 3 patterns - heart, tulip & rosetta. they provided useful advice for us even when we didn't get our techniques right. they were very friendly and understanding, as well as flexible about the timing. when we first entered, we were greeted with a cup of coffee each. they also had adequate equipment and resources for us, including printed handouts for us to take home. they even gave us a complimentary bag of beans to take home to practise! 😮 we didn't entirely nail our latte art in the 2 hours, but we definitely gained a lot - the techniques required, and mostly importantly, the wonderful time that we had with boncafe! much appreciated, ryan & seanna

For serious coffee lovers or people who have an interest in picking up a skill with coffee, this would be a great place to start. The course instructor, Natalie, was friendly and made the event a pleasant experience. We went into this event without knowing what to expect as it was an activity we booked to celebrate her birthday. My wife and I are complete newbies and have no experience at all with coffee or latte art but still gained some scientific knowledge about coffee, enjoyed ourselves and had fun in the process.
