Our experience on this tour was ok, although there was a problem at first but they made a way. Salute to exotic travel agency and to sir guna our tour guide and also to our driver sir sunder because they made an effort to give us a tour to batu cave which should not have been on the itinerary that day but it was included in the price I paid. They made a way to make batu cave part of our tour. Thank you for your effort and I appreciate it a lot.

We love this tour! This was supposed to be a join-in tour but we were the only ones in the tour so it ended up becoming a private tour. First of all, the driver/guide Mr Sasi, was very punctual when he picked us up at the hotel. Gave us a good run down of the history of each places we visited and was very pleasant to talk to. Batu Caves was good - a must visit when in KL. The Genting Highlands was also good. The place is HUGEEE - it has an outlet at the buttom, a theme park, hotel, shops, restos - it has everything you could possibly need! The only thing we did not enjoy was the cable car ride (not a fault of the tour provider). Genting Highlands should suspend their cable cars if there is strong wind, not very safe to run it when the cable car cabin is swinging side to side - no heads up from staff that the weather was not pleasant to ride the cable car.

I had a wonderful time in genting. our driver Ben is always on time. if you want a glass gondola ride, purchase the GLASS GONDOLA ticket because this package only has 1 was STANDARD RIDE 1 way. I purchased my return with glass gondola. don’t forget to bring your jacket because the place is really cold & foggy at time. the mall in the area is full of affordable items in premium brands. it has also full of food options. the casino experience is awesome.

The trip was amazing only concern is one hour for Batu cave is not sufficient if we need to peacefully climb up and come down. So if one hour is changed to 1.5 or 2 hours it would be great. But overall great experience

Genting Highlands exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide’s storytelling made the journey even more captivating, giving us the feeling of entering another world. The cable car ride up the hill was a spectacular experience on its own, offering stunning views before even reaching the top. Once there, the premium outlet, especially the Nike store, is a great spot for Filipinos and other tourists looking for quality shopping. Including Batu Caves in the tour made the trip feel like a complete package. Whether you’re Hindu or not, visiting Batu Caves is a must when you’re in Kuala Lumpur – it’s an iconic cultural and spiritual experience that adds depth to the adventure.

Nagyon informatív volt az idegenvezetőnk, még a Batu-barlangot is meglátogattuk, pedig az nem volt benne a csomagban, szóval ez egy plusz pont. Sok idő van beltéri és kültéri játékokra is, de mivel már harmincasok vagyunk, csak a karomgéppel játszottunk, és itt-ott fotózkodtunk. Fontos, hogy időben érkezzetek, különben lemaradhattok a túráról. Ha vegetáriánus van veletek, kevesebb választási lehetőség van számukra, de ha nem vagy vegetáriánus, akkor sok opció közül választhatsz. Összességében a túra 10/10.

Booked a group tour but ended up being the 2 of us plus 1 other. We enjoyed learning about the history of the Batu Caves and Genting Highlands and our guide was lovely and advised us on some local places to see and eat at. We were not so interested in Gentings Highlands casino or activities so after a quick walk around at the top, we returned to the bottom to shop at the Premium outlets. The bonus was halfway up, there is a free stop where you can visit a Chinese temple...I loved walking around and finding out about their customs and beliefs.

A kisbusz nagyon kényelmes volt, még szunyókálni is tudtam hazafelé. A sofőr és az idegenvezető nagyon kedvesek, megközelíthetőek és tájékozottak voltak. Ha nem megy fel a Batu-barlangokhoz, és nem megy el a Genting-i szabadtéri élményparkba, akkor az útvonal már így is több mint elegendő idővel jó. Szóval számomra ez az utazás tökéletes volt!

i've booked this tour since i went to KL as a solo traveller and its way cheaper than booking it solo and the tour message 1 day prior about all the details thru whatsapp. our driver/tour guide, RAHVE from EXOTIC TRAVELS, also messaged me and update me of the pick up time and pick up places the day before and also update me when he's near the pick up point and also the itinerary of the day, he is very helpful and friendly, also accomodating and offered to take pictures of me which is very kind of him since its hard to take pictures as a solo traveller. he even dropped us off the place we want to go.
