A truly dream come true experience for my beauty and kpop obsessed daughter! Charlie our native English speaking translator was so fun and easy to talk to, translating my daughter's very specific vision to the makeup and hair stylist and photographer. The professionalism and care was unbelievable. While it is definitely a splurge, it was 100% worth it!
Excellent hospitality from start to finish! Communication was smooth and prompt throughout the entire process. The makeup and styling were beautifully done with great attention to detail, and the photographer was highly professional, making the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. Charlie was especially kind and helpful—she went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel very welcome. I’m very happy with the photos and would highly recommend this studio!
My daughter and I had an amazing experience getting our makeup done like K-pop idols. From the moment we arrived, Charlie, the manager, made us feel so welcome with her kindness and friendly attitude. The entire experience was wonderful, and the photoshoot was something completely new and exciting for us. We absolutely loved the results, and the beautiful photo album we received will always be a special memory of our trip. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience!
My 11 year old daughter got to live out her kpop dreams. Our translator met us at the station and walked over with us to the salon where my daughter got styled. I did sort of expect that a bit more would be communicated to us, overall the stylist discussed things in Korean with our translator whose job it was to ensure that the concept that poshpush worked up was carried out. The eyelash curling technique in particular was fascinating. Then we took a cab to the photostudio, and we got to choose which images we wanted to have edited. This was one of my daughter's top 3 favorite things that she did in Korea (all 3 tied for 1st). Our translator also gave us the tip of looking for the beauty products at Olive Young, which she wasn't kidding is everywhere! They gave us pictures of all products used, we had to figure out what some were and one I had to ask about. Very nice picture and my daughter had a great time. Her younger sister was very jealous.
This was amazing experience. The photos online don't do it justice. The hair and makeup salon was clean, beautiful and top notch. The artists were dedicated and meticulous, and the final product was natural, extremely flattering, and better than I could have hoped for. In the US, make-overs have always been too overdone for my tasts. In comparison, I loved the suble beauty of the K-POP look. After having our makeup and hair done, we went to the photo studio just up the street with was also top notch. We truly had a lot of fun posing and trying out different shots. I ended up spending $50 to buy the 150 raw photos in addition to the 10 gorgeous photos that were part of the package. I've added a few here :) Lastly, the communication was outstanding. I always received emails right away, and had an in-person English-speaking guide who for the day who was delightful.
It was a memorable and enjoyable experience . The make up and hairstyle were professionally done and transformed me into a beautiful Kpop idol . Very happy with the photography . The pictures turned out amazing!
The makeup artist made my eyes look 3 times bigger than they actually are! The “manager” from poshpush was very involved in the preparation process, was always ready to answer my questions and consult with the director on image questions. She additionally help es me book a nails appointment and was ready to call to verificado the price in case they wanted to change me diffently for being a foreigner (which wasn’t necessary in the end). Theday of the photoshoot was fun! There were a few language barriera even with the poshpush manager translating but we were able to move forward. The only thing that maybe I regret was the photo selection process, because maybe if I had been able to see all remaining pictues instead of just pass/keep maybe I would’ve lepra more of the “weird” ones which were my favorite. All over a very good experience, I’m glad I booked this. Even till the end the poshpush staff is very kind and friendly. Thank you very much!
