It was likely a new initiatives between Klook and Food Republic. Stall staff was unclear on the redemption process but Food Republic manager was always ready to help. It made the process much smoother and I had successfully redeemed a couple of rounds. Only con is that Klook app does not allow redemption of specific voucher, hence the voucher scanned might not always tally with the redeemed voucher code.

Just as more staff were finally familiar with how to use this, this voucher got. discontinued. Hopefully it comes back with a more seamless experience

Great deal! I get to save a few cents everytime time. It would result in substantial savings in the long run. Request for Food Republic manager if the stall staff do not know the redemption process. The manager was friendly and helpful at Causeway Point Food Republic. Helped in my redemption many times.

Difficult to utilize, the staff need to be educated on how it can be used. Food Republic systems should sync with Klook so that voucher redemptions are immediate.

Easy to redeem at Causeway Point Food Republic! The counter will contact the manager on duty and they will need to key in the voucher code / scan the QR code. Need to note that redemption has to be done bottom up or else the redeemed code will not tally with the one redeemed in the system.

The process is a bit new to some staff. however, they still redeemed with help of supervisor (City Square Mall and Suntec). Worth it if discounted.

Fantastic experience using Klook vouchers at Food Republic! I recently visited Food Republic and had an excellent dining experience. The food court was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment for customers. I was impressed by the wide variety of food options available, catering to different tastes and preferences. The staff were courteous, attentive, and worked efficiently to keep everything running smoothly. The food I ordered was fresh, delicious, and served promptly. The stores need to be educated on how to use this voucher. Most stores' staff don't know how to make the redemption and requires a manager's guidance. Even if you guide the staff and payment has succeeded, they'd still be cautious and call for the manager for their confirmation. There's also a big flaw in the food republic scanning system, hence they require you to make manual redemptions on top of scanning QR codes. If you have multiple vouchers within the same booking, the manual redemption process may randomly pick a voucher that wasn't scanned. It's a mess.
