I truly enjoyed the session—especially the hands-on practice with the instrument and the opportunity to form groups with new people to play a song together. It made the whole experience both fun and meaningful. Both instructors, Sheng Li and Karyn, were incredibly jovial and approachable, which created such a welcoming learning environment. Senior Jess was also very supportive and guided us patiently along the way. Both Music Teachers Karyn and Sheng Li are very enthusiastic and entertaining during the entire class and it was an amazing experience and fun way to learn music! Just bring yourself and a 3.5mm Earphone and enjoy learning!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Play and Sing Like a Pro – Smart Guitar Workshop today. It was definitely not boring at all—in fact, the 5-hour workshop felt too short because it was so much fun and engaging! Both teachers, Sheng Li and Karyn, taught in a very enjoyable and interactive way, making the learning experience interesting and easy to follow. The entire workshop was filled with positive energy, and I enjoyed every moment of it. I would definitely recommend this workshop to my friends and encourage them to come and experience it for themselves. Highly recommended!

An engaging and informative workshop! Both trainers, Sheng Li and Karyn, are highly interactive and made the 5-hour session fun, enjoyable, and easy to follow. The concepts were explained in a simple and practical way, with plenty of hands-on practices throughout the workshop. If you are interested in learning guitar through an easy and enjoyable approach and want to play and sing your favourite songs, I highly recommend this workshop. It is suitable for beginners and anyone looking to build confidence while having fun learning.

The workshop on 2 May was really well organised. Special thanks to the friendly instructors, Sheng Li & Karyn, for being so patient & easy to approach throughout the session. The learning didn’t just stop after the worksho, they continued to keep in close contact with all the participants, creating a supportive space for us to keep learning & improving together. And of course, the pizzas during break time were super yummy too 😆

The workshop was both fun and engaging, even for someone with zero knowledge of chords. Karyn and Sheng Li were incredibly spontaneous and patient throughout. The entire five hours flew by and were thoroughly enjoyable. I also didn’t expect refreshments—especially such delicious pizza! Highly recommended.

I am happy that music courses are accessible thanks to SG Culture Pass! Managed to learn a bit more of a new instrument, and the lessons by instructors Karyn and Sheng Li were simple to follow, for beginners and musicians. After this experience, they continued to follow up, encouraging more musical interactions with everyone! I highly recommend this course if you like to learn a bit of music, and I wish their future courses can be shared here, with discounts!
