We had an amazing experience with Diana Cruises and would highly recommend them. Huge thanks to Mogo for the outstanding support in organising and clearly communicating all of our transfer details — everything ran smoothly, and the service truly went above and beyond. A special mention to Son, who supported us both getting to the cruise and once onboard, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. We also want to thank Dat and Thiem onboard for helping make our trip unforgettable — and for serving up the very best Long Island Iced Teas! An incredible cruise with fantastic activities, wonderful staff, and memories we’ll cherish. An amazing experience from start to finish.

I had no idea what to expect since the photos made it look so nice, but it definitely lived up to our expectations! Food was great, ship was very clean, activities were well thought out & the staff was friendly as well as accommodating of everyone’s needs. We will definitely we recommending this exact cruise to everyone who visits Ha Long Bay!

Stayed 2 days 1 night, had a lovely time. Mogo who was very kind to change our pickup last minute on our request. She did make sure everything was alright. All the cruise staff were kind. Would definitely recommend this place. Best part of the stay was its very clean.

We had such a wonderful experience with Diana Cruise. Everything was beautifully organized — from the comfortable rooms and delicious food to the smooth itinerary and friendly, attentive staff. Every detail made the trip feel special and truly relaxing. A special thanks to Mogo for helping arrange our transportation to and from the port. Everything was seamless and stress-free, which made the whole journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommend both for a perfect cruise experience!
