This is such a wonderful and unique activity to do. We loved working with Machiko!!! She was very knowledgeable and could tell us so much about the Daruma. We really enjoyed getting to make our own and learn more about Tokyo!! Machiko was so friendly and one of the best guides we have worked with.

our instructor Kei was very well organized and friendly. super informative with history and construction of our Daruma dolls. the time passed so quickly! we really enjoyed our time and are so happy with our Daruma dolls. We would definitely recommend this class and would do it again ourselves.
The Workshop was lead by Machiko, who was very friendly and patient with our group. Machiko was very well versed in the history of Daruma Dolls and guided us expertly in making our Daruma Dolls. Highly recommend Machiko to anyone else who wanting to experience this workshop. Our group found this to be a very pleasant and fun activity for us to do due to Machiko’s knowledge and experience in this activity.
