Oh wow what a beautiful tour!! we learned so much and kept say OH wow. haha. I would totally recommend this to anyone visiting Osaka for the first time. Mayumi Terayama took amazing care of us and was such a kind heart. she was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating :)

very informative and helped us get through to the correct areas without having to figure it out ourselves. the rock history museum was cool and we wouldn't have found that ourselves.

It was a great experience walking around and within Osaka Castle, with our guide Ryan. He told us the story of the Castle while giving us tips about Japan culture. It was raining a lot when we visited but he chose a path with some covered spots to discuss and showed us the secret spot for pictures. We could cut line thanks to him. At the end of the visit, he also gave good advice about where to taste the best food Osaka has to offer. We recommend!

Lui is such a fantastic guide! I was alone in a small group of three, but she made sure I didn’t feel lonely with her sincere guidance and generosity in sharing interesting information about the castle. She was very considerate and took the best photos! It was drizzling all throughout but I had a really great time thanks to Liu!

A fantastic tour! The tour guide, Yuta, was fun and very knowledgeable about Osaka Castle and its history, providing a great experience for myself and the others in the group. He expertly explained the history, added fun tidbits, and showed that he really enjoys the work he does. Being able to skip the lines was a great bonuses especially in the busy period of March. Good tour length, great guide in Yuta, definitely recommend.

We had a great time exploring Osaka Castle. Our guide Liu, was knowledgeable and made the history really easy to follow. Such a fun and interesting experience, definitely recommend!

Kaz was amazing she was so knowledgeable of all Osaka Castle and general Japanese culture and history; we had a great time. she was also very patient with our daughter that asked all kind of questions (and some times more than once). we would love to have her as our guide again.

Our tour guide Kaz did a great job! Her English was excellent so she was easy to understand, she was knowledgeable, had visual aides, was very mindful of people's different abilities to walk, and offered a bathroom break during the tour. She even had some good jokes thrown in! She was also very good about offering to take pictures of us, whose offer was only taken up by some of us, but there were plenty of opportunities to do so. The visit to Osaka castle was much more meaningful when someone explained its history, and we also got to skip the general ticket line and walked right in. I highly recommend this over just buying tickets and seeing the castle on your own.
