DurianBB World jegyek Kuala Lumpurban

The masterclass doesn't exist anymore. Klook should take this off their website as it is false advertising. We went to DurianBB World in Chinatown last week (October 2026) after buying the 2gether masterclass package for 1:30pm. The two Chinese guys working there seemed very confused and had no idea about the class when I showed them the voucher. Instead, they just told us to sit down at any table (no one else was there) and wait. They brought over a durian platter, two fizzy mango drinks, one durian soft serve, and two RM5 cash vouchers. Durian is not currently in season and they advertise it as fresh, but it definitely seemed frozen. When we finished eating, I asked about the class and they told me it doesn't happen anymore. We didn't get the pin/keychain, the claw machine coins, or the certificate from the class that was supposed to come with this purchase. This was a disappointing experience because we were truly looking forward to the class and learning more about durian.

the exchange of the voucher was easy and the durian was delicious.

the tour was well organized! However, certain items mentioned as included weren’t given to us during the visit. For example, the soft pop, MYR 10 gift voucher etc.
