gelgel was so professional. explained clearly what we had in our package. his entire team was so service driven that we felt very special. nusa dua watersports is clearly a more safer spot. we added the family boat package which i felt i would not have done so. reason is that the jet skiing, donut boat, para sailing was enough. my kids are already asking when do we go again and it’s because they are so comfortable with the team.

We booked the jetski inclusive of pickup/dropoff & we were picked up by the guide Gelgel from our hotel lobby on time. When we reached Tanjong Benoa, we were provided lockers to store our personal belongings. We decided to add on & try parasailing at the last minute (around 900K+ rupiah for 2 pax). We also opted to pay additional fees for photography services which they provided (which is around 200-250K if i’m not mistaken). Gelgel then made us wear our life jackets & briefed us on safety & other things before we started parasailing. Despite it being our first time parasailing we really enjoyed ourselves because Gelgel made us feel that we were in good hands & everything went smoothly. After we returned to the shore from parasailing we went for our jetski rides & once again had a blast. At the end of our session we were given around 100+ high quality soft copies of our photos taken by them. Highly recommended to book from them if you are looking to try watersports.

Must visit if you are sea sports fan. The whole experience was perfect. The guide picked us up from our hotel(thanks to klook booking), made sure we are comfortable. You can go for all the rides or select as per your preference. Our favourite one was doughnut ride as it had lot of bumps. Also, do experience jet ski as it’s so much fun to drive yourself.

香蕉船由快艇拉出去到海中間，真沒想到超級好玩、速度感也超夠，更重要因為我們有兩個小孩，老闆Gelgel與團隊專業服務，所以全程非常安全。還含飯店往返接送，非常感謝完美的行程。同時我們本另有訂海上滑翔翼行程，因為天候考量，老闆一樣很謹慎地取消、同時手刀協助Klook退款，我只能說再次感謝，下次一定要訂滑翔翼再去玩一趟！

I booked the parasailing last minute and it was all worth it! Gelgel is very accomodating and friendly! Speaks English fluently. Photos and videos during the parasailing is with additional fee but definitely worth it! Highly recommended! 🥰🥰🥰

Great service from this company, Gelgel pick us up from our hotel on time his English is very good and he provided great recommendation on where to go for snorkelling. His team is very attentive and took care of us from start till finish. We wanted to eat mangosteen and Gegel took us to a local supermarket that had them on our way back to our hotel. I would highly recommend doing water activities with Gegel and his team.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Gelgel. His excellent command of English, clear explanations, and overall guidance were truly outstanding. His kindness made our children feel comfortable and brought them great joy. The jet ski experience was absolutely perfect, although the 15-minute duration felt a bit short. If we visit Bali again, we will definitely look for Gelgel.

海灘很美，會有防護鞋可以穿，本來只有買香蕉船，店員很熱情的介紹了其他的品項，又加買了甜甜圈船、海底漫步、高空飛傘，都很好玩，推薦。
