드라이버가 호텔에 제시간에 왔고, 불평하는 말 없이 잘 운전해줬어요. 유심 구입할 때도 도와줘서 넘 편했습니다. 콜카타 구경 잘했습니다. 짜이랑 간식 사줬어요. 기차역까지 안전하게 데려다줬고, 짐이 많았는데, 포터가격도 깎아줬네요. 여행 잘 했습니다.
I requestedva customised tour and klook did not disappoint me.The driver was also polite and kindly guided me around.
The 8 hour was supposed to start from 1030 am as per my instruction but apparently it started at 9 am and it wasn’t even communicated to me. Was pretty disappointed with it.
horrible experience, driver didnt turn up after waiting for an hour and I was still charged and have to go through the hassle of refund which is not settled yet
The driver didn’t turn up for the trip. There was no update from Klook. I am yet to receive the refund and have not got any proper response from them.

Booked for two days in a row. Driver not coming first day. Poor help from helpdesk, only saying they were sorry and recommended my book something else. Day destroyed. See if refund for these two days as required. Seems very unserious business this, can't be recommended to anyone.

Driver not coming. Poor help from helpdesk. Day destroyed. Had two days booked, see if rufund for these days are made, as required, remains to be seen. This business seems not seious, can not be recommended to anyone

90 minutes past after arrival the driver did not attempt to locate or pickup the guests. With the help of police we located the driver and the van. The van was a 5 seater, although we requested a 6 seater. So we had to rent another car right away. About one hour into the ride, the driver swapped the van with a car which did not have AC and stalled on the road a few times. It was unpleasant in 29 degree celcius. So we pleaded for another car and bribed the driver to get us a van with ac. We finally got a van that seemed ok but had alternator problem and needed to be pushed every time it stopped. Horrible experience in a new city we never visited.

I made the booking two days beforehand and actually got the confirmation email from the local operator the night before my trip. I waited at the hotel for twenty minutes and spent another 30min trying to contact the driver and the local operator. The driver never replied and the local operator hotline is very difficult to reach. The staff tried to rearrange another car but failed. I took us almost an hour to be informed that the trip has to be cancelled. They promised to have the refund for me but I never received any news from either local operator or Klook despite I have send a separate email to Klook.
