At first, nobody contacted us, so I spoke with a live Klook agent three times and requested the operator's phone number. Since I won't be staying more than one night in India and don't have a sim card, I asked the hotel front desk clerk to phone the operator. He initially promised to call back in 10 minutes, but when that did not happen, we called to check in because we had scheduled for 8:30am, but it was almost 8am and there had been no update. On the second call, the operator stated that they were having car trouble and would call back in 10 minutes. However, this did not occur again, so we called on the third time. The third Klook representative I spoke with was quite helpful and was about to cancel the reservation if the driver did not arrive by 9:30am, but I advised him to hold off and we would get in touch with the operator again. When we called the number provided by the operator for the chauffeur, no one picked up. When we called back, we asked for a driver, and the operator indicated the driver will arrive in 15 to 20 minutes. As long as someone will arrive, we don't mind. Given that he told me he had been instructed to arrive at 9:30am, I believe the Indian driver that arrived was a different one. Okay, it's all right, I said. Although the driver speaks some basic English, we used an offline translator to ensure that we could communicate effectively. What we appreciate about this private car we reserved through Klook is how the driver actually helped us and is so kind. He traveled anyplace we wanted to go, made travel suggestions, and even sought advice from his relatives and friends on where to dine and where to buy various goods. He is a fantastic driver and someone you can trust. He made us feel quite secure. After visiting the temple or somewhere else, he would always wait for us. He declined and claimed he would rather wait when we asked him to come with us. When we asked him to join us to eat, he declined and said he is only a driver so me and my female friend felt bad for him for thinking that way so we bought him food. When we hand it to him, he smiled and we could tell from the look on his face that he appreciates it. His assistance far exceeded our expectations. He lends us his money so we can exchange money later in the day when we are unable to exchange our money since it is too early. We had only reserved 8 hours, however even when we went beyond that, he never grumbled or demanded more money. We left him with a tip which he indeed deserved. Despite feeling shy, he was happy. He is the person I will unquestionably get in touch with if I need to rent a car to get around Ahmedabad when I return. I recommended him by providing his contact information to my friends and coworkers who would be visiting Ahmedabad, and I will continue to do so in the future. He was a great man who helped us appreciate Ahmedabad's beauty.

While we did encounter a problem with meeting with our driver, he was accommodating. we visited the Sabarmati Ashram where we learned about the life of Gandhi, the Steps and the Temple. The vehicle was cozy and driver was honest.

“My experience with renting a car in the city: The company did not reach out in advance until the scheduled time. I tried getting the hotel reception to contact them, but the line was busy. I ended up adding their number and contacting them through WhatsApp, which worked, but it was already past the scheduled time. It took a while for them to send a picture of the car, and it didn’t match the one that arrived. It was quite chaotic. However, luckily, the driver was very kind, patient, and calm. I let him take a break while I went for a meal and asked him to come back later to take me to the airport. I would say everything really depends on luck.”

A very pleasant experience with Klook. The driver was very much aware about the local spots and also suggested me few things about the city. Yes everything was on time, I was contacted on time from supplier and they took good care of my plan. Will surely use Klook in other countries also. I suggest everyone to discuss your itinerary with supplier to have a better travel experience as they obviously know better than anyone else.

car was in very poor condition and an issue with the clutch, which meant the car kept cutting off and we could not go above 50kms, no working AC. I was unable to reach where i wanted to go because the car broke down in the middle of a busy highway. Klook or the hire company did little to help. Do not use this service the broker is awful and you'll get no support from Klook.

The operator did not contact me. Even klook customer support was not able to contact the operator. Klook said they are not responding. This did not push through. I'm filing claim for full refund.

I have booked a van for 6 people and was expecting a Innova or similar. I got an Ertiga which is really disappointing. when i booked it was mentioned as innova or similar. no way in this world Innova is similar to ertiga. Innova is 2.5 times the price of ertiga. I booked an Innova for comfort. ertiga is cramped and in no case can sit 6 people for which I made the booking. we are adults not child's who can just sit in any small car. I need a refund of the money I wasted booki g through yiu.

Booked 12 hour tour around the sights of Ahmedabad. First driver had no English at all so our host asked for a replacement. Waited one hour the replacement driver, then the new driver decided he wasn't going to come and so trip never happened. Still chasing for a refund. Overall don't bother.

Overall good experience deal offered was great. Always a good experience of using klook.

Driver did not met me. 40 minutes later I requested refund.
