I provide factual reviews based on my own tour experience. This tour is fairly well designed. There are many great things to see and experience on the tour. The boat ride through the mangroves along coast is the highlight of the tour, but the ticket is not included. Also the dinner and drinks at the floating village restaurant is not included. I think each tour operator supports a specific float restaurant. The dinner cost is higher than on land, which is expected. The quality of the food is decent. Small portion is $5, large portion is $9. Boat ride to mangroves is $5.50 per person. Make sure you bring some cash. We were also rushed off the floating restaurant to the ferry to head back, well before the sun set. We saw the sun set while on the ferry back, which defeats the purpose of waiting almost 2 hours at floating restaurant just for that. Our guide did not say much during the tour.

Remek túra volt egy éleslátó idegenvezetővel. Sajnos a száraz évszakban mentünk, így a folyó alig volt ott, de így is szórakoztató volt. És kipróbálhattam a krokodilhúst, ami plusz pont volt.

Nagyon jól szervezett túra. Mindent megkap ezen a túrán: úszó falu, folyó, tó, mangroveerdő és naplemente. Jó idegenvezető és nagyszerű élmény.

the tour was great despite we spent one hour on the bus for picking up others before departing to the destination. Sunset from the floating restaurant was amazing and tour guide was kind and knowledgeable. mangrove tour costs separately.

We timed our boat ride to catch the sunset, and it was the highlight of our Cambodia trip. Watching the sun sink into Tonle Sap Lake while fishermen paddled past was incredible. The colors reflected on the water created a picture-perfect scene. If you go, aim for the late afternoon—it’s worth it.

The views were incredible! The mangroves, floating houses, and wide lake were stunning from the boat. Perfect spot for photos and just enjoying nature.

Unique and Authentic I loved the authenticity of this trip. The wooden stilt houses, children paddling small boats, and the vast Tonle Sap Lake were unlike anything I’ve seen before. The boat ride felt calm and relaxing, with friendly guides who explained everything well.

Amazing Experience on the Water The boat ride in Kompong Pluk was unforgettable. Cruising through the floating village gave me a glimpse of how locals live day-to-day on the water. The mangrove forest was peaceful, and watching the sunset over the lake was magical. Highly recommend this tour!
