The original tour we registered for was unfortunately canceled due to insufficient participants. However, the customer service team responded promptly and proactively assisted us in selecting an alternative tour that suited our needs. Regrettably, the night before our scheduled departure, our flight was delayed due to weather conditions, preventing us from arriving in time to join the tour. Upon informing the customer service team, they showed great flexibility and understanding, allowing us to join the same tour a few days later. Overall, the service was excellent—efficient, thoughtful, and customer-oriented. We were truly impressed by their professionalism and support. We would not hesitate to join another tour in the future and will certainly recommend their services to friends and family.
