no lo decía Klook , pero nos recogieron en nuestro hotel de Takayama, lo que fue genial. Llegamos muy pronto , a las 8:30 , por lo que pudimos estar un buen rato con poca gente. El guía, Malong, fue muy amable e hizo bien su trabajo. creo que si te lo puedes permitir merece la pena

The tour guide, Ma Long was friendly and added a nice touch of picking us up at the hotel. That was really nice. We reached at 0830 which was really good b4 all the other big tour groups showed up. Wish we were forewarned about the slippery slope up to the observatory deck.

Thank you Malong for the great trip! I loved that we went super early. We were a small group of 5 and we beat the crowd. The village was almost empty so we have beautiful photos.

O guia Yama foi espetacular do início ao fim. Muito atencioso em explicar tudo e responder aos questionamentos. Sempre querendo nos mostrar o melhor. Passeio muito recomendado em um tour privado.

We had a wonderful time visiting the magical Shirakawa. A half day is the perfect amount of time and was ideal to have a private tour and transport on a really hot day so we could set the pace. Takumi was an amazing guide, so knowledgeable and kind. We would definitely recommend.

Our guide, Yama, was very responsive as he immediately sent me a message upon booking to give instructions about our tour. This made it easier for me to contact him when there was a slight delay in our pick-up time coz some tour group members were late. There was confusion about the starting time of the tour. Nevertheless, it was fortunate that we started an hour earlier than the confirmed booking coz we were able to avoid the large crowds. The hour-long trip was comfortable. We experienced some delay in entering the village due to traffic but we all agreed to adjust our schedule to make up for the delay. The timing and the route of the actual tour was just right. Yama was patient with us when we wanted to stop to take photos along the way. We also learned a lot during the interactive tour, made possible because we were just 6 in the group. I highly recommend this small group tour.

Highly recommended, especially the early departure from Takayama and early arrival in Shirakawa-go when only few tourists are around. The minivan was very comfortable and the guide very attentive.
