New York-i gasztrotúra

The tour operator emailed on Monday after 7am the day before the tour (tour was Tuesday at 2pm) that there wasn't enough people and then unilaterally reschedule to another date (Sat 2pm). This is a serious lack of consideration for their customer. Firstly, as an overseas customer, we would be travelling at the point of the email and hence would not have know about the cancellation. Then, you are left to scramble on the day of the tour itself to fill your day with other activities. Next, the company lack to consider if the customer will even be staying in new york for as long as 5 days by rescheduling to a Saturday tour. I would think offering an upfront refund would have been more ethical on the company part. Instead, you the customer will be left scrambling to adjust your disrupted travel plan to try to make things work and then spending hours of vacation trying to get hold of Klook customer support to even try and get your money back. Don't even book this tour, there are better options out there, or just walk around new york street yourself. It will be more worthwhile then this stress you put yourself through if you book this tour.
