Ma két élményparkot látogattunk meg, az ár tartalmazta a belépőket és a fuvardíjat, a szállodai fel- és leszállással nagyon kényelmes volt. A Csodálatos Kert (Fantasy Garden) tényleg gyönyörű, és a Világfalu (Global Village) is nagyon megéri a látogatást, ajánlom.
I had an amazing time visiting Miracle Garden and Global Village through Klook! The booking process was seamless, and everything was well-organized. Miracle Garden was a stunning display of over 45 million flowers, with vibrant arrangements and themed sections that made for great photo opportunities. After that, we headed to Global Village, a lively cultural destination with pavilions from around the world. The atmosphere was electric, and I loved sampling international foods, shopping for unique items, and watching live performances. Both attractions offered unique experiences, and Klook made it all easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a fun day out in Dubai!
Mixed Experience with Miracle Garden and Global Village Tour, Disappointing Operator Our group had booked a shared tour for Miracle Garden and Global Village scheduled for January 19 at 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, at 12:28 PM on the same day, the operator informed us that the tour would not push through because they only had our group of 3 pax booked when it required 4 pax. It was frustrating that they didn't notify us earlier, as we could have easily arranged for an additional person to meet the requirement. They then proposed rescheduling for the next day, which wasn't feasible for us due to prior commitments. The operator presented two options: either they provide the tickets for Miracle Garden and Global Village with no possibility of a refund, or they would not provide the tickets and report the situation to Klook to explore the refund option. It felt quite disappointing as it seemed like we were being cornered into accepting the tickets, considering the long queues for ticket purchases at the venues. The operator's handling of the situation left much to be desired, giving off an impression of being unprofessional and lacking in customer service. Despite this unfortunate experience with the operator, I must note that both Miracle Garden and Global Village are indeed beautiful attractions worth visiting. However, the overall experience was marred by the operator's handling of the booking issue.

driver is very good he explained everything and he taken to the place and he was so friendly very good and he answered our question and he also explained about Dubai and the activities . I will give to the driver 5 star and activities are also too good to see I will give to the activities also 5 star.

the tour was excellent. the driver kaiser hussein was really good and very proactive. He explained lots of details about dubai history. a nice experience. however, there was no guide during visits inside miracle garden and global village
book this whole day. these two places are not for half day. too good.
