We missed our train not because we were late but because we were not able to find the train ticket embedded in the email. There was also no tour guide in the meeting area.The customer assistance opens at 8am and so no one assisted us. We end up buying new 1 way train ticket to Barcelona and rode a taxi to the next designated area. I recommend that there customer service should be open earlier, clearer instruction in the email regarding train tickets and there should be a tour guide in the designated area of meet up for proper guidance. The tour guide, Macala ( if I remember it right) was very kind and informative and he also served as our photopgrapher.😉

Fortunately, a family of four was also part of the same tour, proficient in Spanish and having received a missed call from Alberto 24 hours prior to the trip. It is recommended for future reference to furnish valid train tickets and reachable contact numbers prior to departure; all contact numbers listed in the email were unresponsive, with the office opening at 8 am.
