The staff are excellent and very welcoming great location with everything in town easily accessible by short walk. We chose this hotel as is one of only a few with a pool

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The include breakfast is amazing and have a lot of diversity. However, I recommend you arrive early to have all the options. The pool is perfect for kids during hot days. As per the room, it was clean but there is an horrible smell for the bathroom in the family room for 4 pax. It seems like a drain problem but the smell is so bad in the morning that you try to avoid the bathroom. The staff understand the issue but couldn’t do anything for us. Also, the toilet was always leaking and the shower grout had mold. As I said, the staff was amazing but the owner should invest into the facilities.

The service given by the staff was terrible, we booked a room for 5 guests and there were 4 beds, when asked for the additional bed a mattress was laid on the floor (the mattress sheets were dirty) on the second night when we asked for it to be fixed the attitude of the staff was quite bad, at the end they brought a bed base and clean sheets but it took a lot of effort from our part, the experience was not good.

Enjoyed our stay here despite the atrocious weather! We had a lovely room in a genuine cave. Unfortunately it trained so hard that it came through the roof, but the staff moved us to another equally nice cave.

The room was clean. But there was no shampoo or conditioner. The hair dryer was terrible. The pool was closed without notice. Staff was helpful and attentive.

If you value good customer service DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Its a shame as the hotel itself is ok and could be amazing, but some staff (not all, some were as helpful as they could be given the constraints from the hotel management) were unhelpful. We were not allocated the type of room we booked yet when I questioned, one member of staff just argued i was wrong (passive agressive attitude) despite me checking the room types on their own hotel website. I did a check in feedback from hotels.com and was very clear. We asked for extra chairs, and a coffe machine and were told this room doesn't come with this, (in the end we got the coffee machine but they removed the kettle). Ok, but we booked a different type of room! The hotel was full so arguing my point further would have been pointless, but no apology no olive branch just an insistence that I was wrong. So badly handled. I had emailed twice before we arrived at the hotel and received no acknowledgement. Our key broke in the lock while we were there, in fairness this was rectified quickly, our jaccuzzi bath broke, this was not recitified quickly in the end we told them not to bother as we wanted to relax. We were staying 5 nights i expected better. Breakfast was good for food but again no interaction from the staff, and they started clearing the room very rudely before 10.30 while we were still eating. What a shame. Such lack of customer care unfortunatley makes you feel uncomfotable which is not what you want on holiday.
