This family-run hotel is a former 15th Century Coaching Inn. It has a mixture of bedrooms and public area consisting of of antique style pine, dark oak furnishings, wall paper, carpets which adds to the traditional charm of the hotel. Some rooms have more modern furnishings. The hotel is located the center of a bustling Cotswold Market Town with restaurants, a charming theater and a boutique cinema within a minute's walk of the hotel. Please note that the swimming pool is out of order. We have no elevator. If you require ground floor rooms please let us know. The hotel was once owned by the legendary Keith Moon from "The Who", he was renowned for entertaining his celebrity friends, such as Roger Daltrey. Ronny Barker was a regular at the hotel and his shop was just three doors down from the hotel. Some of the items in the hotel was bought from his shop.
