great experience! the breakfast buffet is nice, has an elevator which some hotel in Hanoi donot have. Close to all tourist spots and right at the heart of old quarter. will stay here again. Please note road closures in old quarter incase you will arrive/depart friday to sunday

the breakfast buffet, the view from it, and the skyline bar was the highlight of our stay. it has the best view of the lake. the room was small for its price but the staff, the food, and the view were superb. its location was great too
