This hotel is amazing. Everyday they always do housekeeping. Our room is very clean and towels are always new. We also love the receptionists. They always help us for our needs and very accomodating. Very good customer service. 👍👍👍👍. Definitely, I will book here again. Highly recommended.

location is superb! right in myeongdong, Starbucks and 7-11 connected to the lobby of the hotel. Ediya coffee shop just 10 steps walk, and Olive young is just about 100 m away. The staff is nice. But the checkout time is strict at 11am, and aircon is a bit difficult to adjust.

First time staying In Metro Hotel, no regrets. Its location is great! Accessible to train stations and airport limousine bus-stop. There’s a pharmacy, 7-11 and Starbucks right at its doorsteps. Many eating places in the area just outside the hotel. Hotel rooms are simple and clean. Service staff and security guards are friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Location is fantastic. Room was small but worth for the price and location. Many delicious food options nearby, and 2 train stations (myeongdong and euljiro 1) in the vicinity. Walkable to the palace and namsan tower, direct train to hongdae area and dongdaemun too. Will definitely book again if in seoul
