We were met by a defensive and angry old hall assistant who didnt wanted us to feel welcome what so ever. We waited 50 minutes to get in touch with the actual owner of this Unit, who was amazing. He offered us a late check out free because of the fuzz. The apartment was amazing but the only one thing we didnt find attractive was the blankets that didnt seem very clean and there were no sheets or covers. Traveling far from home, in another country, we would not be able to bring our own. Regarding the “hotel facilities” listed on Expedia, such as gym, indoor spa, etc - note: this is NOT for guests but only owners. That was sad to us. Expedia offered a stupid 77 usd refund! We will return again. Thanks

The apartment is in great location not far from the beach and promenade. It’s a nice apartment but the lighting and furnishing could be improved.

Nice apartment but small, not suitable for 5 people, convenient location, close to the sea, the mall and the promenade. We got a room an hour and a half late and not really clean nor enough towels. Due to the delay we were given an extension of time at the exit. There is a nice pool on site. Nice reception staff.

По приезду нас немогли принять, так как агент не встретил нас, на рецепшене регистрация не работает по номеру заказу. С горем пополам мы нашли исковерканый телефон агента, дозвонились и он прислал простите за слова какого то барыгу который просто открыл двери и больше НИКАКОЙ информации не смог дать. Все что включали в проживание услуги не работали, рабочие гостиницы говорили - это норма тут такая и улыбались. Кондиционер не работал, попросили пересилить не захотели, обещали починить утром, но утром не только не починили но не предупредив пришли во время когда нас не было в номере и ничего не сообщили нам. Когда мы вновь позвонили начали отрицать. Вконечном итого мы ушли раньше срока. Во время ухода сотрудники номера без всякого стеснения заходили без разрешение в номер и торопили, хотя у нас было разрешение покинуть номер намного позже. Агент ничем не помог мало того он даже не позвонил не приехал, лишь писал и угрожал штрафами. Отдельное спасибо Hotels. Com если бы не они то неизвестно как бы это все закончилось. Они очень помогли и все уладили. Поэтому спасибо большое Hotels. Com

מיקום נהדר, בריכה מקסימה. דירה יפה, לא נקיה מספיק. צריך לוודא שאכן מכשירי חשמל עובדים, אצלנו לא עבד התנור. לא מחליפים מגבות ומצעים לכל אורך השהות בדירה. כל השאר היה נהדר, מאוד נהנינו.
