Stayed with kids

Very good for families. Plenty to eat, drink, entertainment. Massive resort with access to other 2 properties as well. Service of golf carts to move around is excellent. Property is clean and staff is very nice and always willing to help. Have a positive vibe all over.

Stayed with kids

We had a really lovely stay at Moon Palace Cancun – Sunrise. The resort was beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with plenty to do for the whole family. The pools were great, the food had lots of choice, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere at Sunrise. There was always something going on, but it still felt relaxing when we wanted some quiet time. The kids had a great time, and we made some really good family memories here. The service was excellent and we felt well looked after from arrival until the day we left. We would definitely consider coming back to Moon Palace again and would recommend it to families visiting Cancun.

Fantastic
Loved our stay. Only complaint is that the property smelled. Maybe it was seaweed or they were consistently putting in fertilizer but that was the only downside. Also one of the bartenders was rude. Still a 9/10 stay

The property is huge which is good if you don’t mind moving around, jumping across the 3 hotels, walking far from your room to the main area. The part we really didn’t appreciate is that they con you to attend a presentation which is nothing more than a timeshare. They don’t take no for an answer - they called us daily at 7am to Ask about it. We ended up wasting 4 hours listening to A presentation even if they said 90 mins. Definitely a watch out.
