Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly note that the apartment keys would be provided by the hotel desk (Residence reception which is open 24 hours daily). Refundable deposit of $60 is required per access card, the deposited amount will be refunded once the access card has been returned upon departure. If you may require extra services to be provided such as laundry, in room dining, etc, the hotel will request payment upon delivering the service.
