Very pleasant town house - Nice location but few ammenties

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a true boutique property, with a level of attention to detail that stands out immediately. My room felt grand, with high ceilings, excellent pillows and bedding, and a beautifully considered design. Every detail felt intentional, from the finishes to the small touches that gave the room real character. The hotel was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable — no creaky floors, noise issues, or anything that detracted from the stay. I had an excellent night’s rest, which is exactly what I needed before travelling. The location was also very convenient, as I was able to pick up the Aircoach shuttle to Dublin Airport nearby. A lovely hotel overall, and one I would happily stay at again.

Staff was very helpful via email but not at the hotel when we arrived, which was fine. Room was clean, comfortable and adequate for what we needed. We could have used a couple of extra blankets. ( extra blankets were available in a different area) but only one left when we looked for one) We appreciated we were in a lower room so less stairs to manage. Great location- definitely would return! Thank you!

Excellent stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Fantastic location near plenty of pubs and restaurants. Very handy for Lansdowne Road as well.

This was a hidden gem — well located by public transportation to the city centre, the airport and UCD, lots of great restaurants around the corner, quiet, and clean.

I travel regularly to Dublin and have tried most of the hotels in the area. This is a guesthouse with great rooms. The rooms are well-kept, clean, air-conditioned, have coffee machines, and even a cork screw. The location is perfect, and it’s now my home in Dublin!

Everything was easy, comfortable and interactions were both helpful and friendly.

Loved the room, shower had great pressure if you didn’t use the rainfall head, comfy bed. Good restaurants around. A bit of a walk to downtown but we were happy with the location still.
