cleanliness: Very clean transport access: No. Doesn’t have long tail boat shuttle even though website says there is service: Great! staff is very friendly! Will carry your luggage to/fro the Port. Offers luggage storage service at the Port. breakfast: Great selection hotel location: Far from port. gotta walk problem: aircon stopped working at night ard 11pm. Slept through the night without it. hotel lobby closes at 9pm so didn’t contact them. Apparently there were staff there until midnight but I didn’t knew. They said they would have offered a change of room but that’s too troublesome anyway. others: Everything else is great. Has massage(not included in booking) private beach access , 24hr minimart and 24hr laundromat right outside.

Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
