We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Zermatt. The location is perfect—close enough to the train station and the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful selection of fresh and high-quality food. It was the perfect way to start each day. The complimentary pickup and drop-off service from the train station was exceptional. It made arriving and departing with luggage so easy, and the staff were friendly, professional, and punctual. Overall, the outstanding service, delicious breakfast, convenient location, and thoughtful shuttle service made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Beausite is the most beautiful, wonderful hotel we have ever stayed it. It was not only elegant and luxurious, but immaculately clean and impressively managed. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful with an incredible Matterhorn view. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. The Grill restaurant was so devine we enjoyed dinner there 4 times. The indoor and outdoor pools were unbelievable, what a view! We had the most incredible stay in Beausite! Highly recommended.

This was a dream property. The staff was amazing and the hotel was so lovely. It was like stepping out of a Wes Anderson movie. The hotel itself was decorated so well and they truly thought of everything from daily treats in your room, fresh flowers and charming slippers. The breakfast each morning was served in the most beautiful dining room with everything you can imagine available to you including a juicer for fresh pressed juices. The views of the Matterhorn were amazing. It’s one of my favorite hotels in the world.
