This the best Hotel in KL so far . Staff very helpful. It was rain very hard and I am wet the staff offer me the clean hotel towel. They also help to carry the luggage to Taxi. it’s a good initiative that making this hotel outstanding.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ ‎ ‎Great short staycation in the heart of KL ‎ ‎We had a pleasant short staycation at Ascott Star Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent—very close to KL Twin Towers and super easy to access, making it convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city. ‎ ‎Our room had a partial view of the Twin Towers, which was a nice touch. The highlight was definitely the rooftop infinity pool—it offers a full, stunning view of KLCC Tower, and you can also spot Merdeka 118 and KL Tower from up there. The view is especially beautiful in the evening. ‎ ‎Breakfast was decent, though the variety was a bit limited. If you’re someone who enjoys more choices, there are plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants where you can explore better breakfast options. ‎ ‎Overall, a comfortable stay with an amazing rooftop view and a great central location. Would recommend it for a short city getaway in KL. 😊

great experience. they upgraded my room which was amazing. the views were great

stayed at a one bedroom with klcc view but due to a leakage at the kitchen we were upgraded to a petronas view room. good riddance. our stay was smooth except for that unfortunate incident at the rooftop pool. the concierge told us that we can swim until 12mn so we went there at past 10pm. picked up the towels at the reception without telling us that we cannot swim anymore. so while we were swimming here comes the security who was very rude and whistled to us signalling to get out of the pool. he didnt speak anything and was just whistling and signal with his hand. until i reasoned out that the concierge even gave us towels so we thought it was still okay to swim. hut apprently only until 10pm was allowed.

The staff at Ascott Star KLCC was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Rooms were clean and modern, as well as having a washing machine was handy. Location was convenient and close to the Petronas Twin Towers (only 5 mins walk). The bar and pool on Level 99 had an amazing view of the Twin Towers and felt like you were on top of the world. Would recommend this place to stay for anyone looking to stay within KLCC.

i booked the premier bedroom which can accommodate up to 3 adults (1 bedroom with king bed + another room with day bed). rooms were clean, fully equipped with amenities that i needed - toiletries, towels, washing machine (detergent powder provided), bidet, shower head and also bathtub. good for travellers with family / children as apartment has an induction kitchen and provides cutleries as well. refrigerator seems new and overall everything looks well-maintained. service is good, i am a satisfied and would stay here again.
