Or, if you prefer, by prior arrangement, to have our private chef prepare gourmet cuisine for you. Villa 25's residential manager will look after your every need and provide local knowledge on everything from supermarkets to snorkelling and diving, car hire, shopping and helicopter rides.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Transfers are available to and from Bauerfield International Airport. These are charged AUD $30 per vehicle, each way. Please inform Villa 25 in advance if you want to use this service, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that children under 15 years stay by prior arrangement only.
