Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located (very close to the union metro station) and I truly enjoyed my time there. The room was nice, and the staff were generally helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. However, at check-in I was asked to pay an additional tourism tax of about 80 AED, yet these charges were already indicated as included when I paid on Klook. This felt a bit unfair, especially after a long journey, but since I had already arrived, I went ahead with it. I was also required to leave a 200 AED security deposit at reception before check-in. This was not clearly mentioned during booking but was fully refunded at checkout, so you should be prepared to have it available. Apart from these small glitches, my stay was lovely, and I would still recommend it to travelers looking for comfort and convenience in the area.
