Fantastic
Amazing breakfast and seating area. Pool on top fabulous cool in the heat lounging perfect. Bar just below excellent. Room great, shower fantastic. Loved this hotel. Except the pillows, flat flat flat.

Fantastic
Lovely hotel. The staff were exceptional. Huge bed. Rooftop pool was a highlight and used multiple times a day along with the rooftop bar where the views at night were stunning.

Fantastic
Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff super friendly an so close to everything that you needed. Either the train station for trips elsewhere or the tram stop near enough right outside the hotel, it's the perfect location for a break away

On our last night we had to move rooms as the AC in our room was not working. This happened after the AC control unit our room was changed. This was an inconvenience, but we did not mind, except that when we informed the front desk that the AC was not working, the staff dismissed it saying that it was not possible as the hotel AC’s centralized. We had to insist that there was an issue and the guy said he would come check after 30mins. In the end, we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. No other assistance was offered. Our biggest complaint was when we were again dismissed, we believe by the same staff, Ergin, when we requested for a late check-out the following day. He said it’s not possible. We raised the point that we had to move rooms the night before (which process of packing up and moving took time away from us just resting and enjoying the room). So we just left it at that. But when we got to our room, we called the front desk and a different staff member took our call, Memet. We asked him for a late check-out, and upon a quick check, he was able to grant our request. This was a stark contrast to Ergin’s handling of and response to our request, and, obviously, it was really possible but that Ergin was just dismissive again. So this just really irritated us and made those 2 days in the hotel quite annoying.

This Marriott is an old Accor brand so set your expectations low it’s very tired. Bed was very comfy and the aircon worked well. If you are looking for a bed for the night in central Nice then it’s OK, but that is where the positives about this places ends.

Stayed with family

Loved the courtyard garden! Beautiful plants and flowers, and there were lots of birds to watch. Pool was great with plenty of seating. Reception staff spoke English and we're very helpful. Our only inconvenience was not having electrical outlet adapters to charge our phones. We used the USB ports on the TV, but they charged very slowly.
