Friendly staff & good customer service. However, lots of small things that be can easily be taken care of caused lots of inconvenience: - Horrible WiFi - Refrigerator freezes everything - Elevator Up buttons don’t work on any floor which forces the person to go down then back up - Room with 3 beds is tiny - Loose bathroom sink and anchored incorrectly - Room door doesn’t close shut; have to push it in - Shower floor divider is too short causing water to overflow to the whole bathroom floor - Carpets are dirty (visible stains)

Every was great, very close to women’s gate and walking distance to Haram. Only compromise are rooms are very small not much space for luggage or very to pray

Location is great and this the whole thing about this hotel. Room was very tight, you cannot even walk or put your bags or pray. No place even to sit, just beds and wardrobe. Toilet was ok, toilet seat was broken, lots of flies in the toilet.

Stayed with kids

Its a great experience for my family to stay at Golden Tulip. Its in front of Haram. Delicious breakfast every time if we request to staff some thing different they are ready to make us special. Staff was so co operative. Overall my stay was excellent.
